Mont Sainte-Anne Ski Trip

Mont Sainte-Anne is one of the premier ski resorts in Eastern North America - with abundant snowfall, amazing views and terrain for all levels of skiers and riders.

Students attending the Loyola High School Grad Ski and Snowboard Trip will be staying at Condos Vacances MSA, situated 2 km from the base of the mountain. There is a limited amount of space and applicants will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.

All students must wear helmets while skiing and riding.
 

The trip includes:

  • Deluxe coach bus transportation to/from MONTREAL, plus transfers between the condos and Mont Sainte-Anne
  • Accommodations for two nights

Loyola HS Grad Ski Trip Itinerary
January 10-12, 2025

Friday, Jan.10
07h00                Coach buses will arrive at Loyola High School for loading (buses pick-up on West Broadway, just north of the entrance to the gymnasium parking)
07h30                Departure from Loyola High School
11h00 ​Arrival at Mont Sainte-Anne at Condo Vacances MSA.  Baggage into storage.  Leave ski equipment on the coach buses. After unloading luggage, get back onto the coach buses.
11h30                Continue from the condos to Mont Sainte-Anne
11h40                Students needing equipment rentals will go with the Ski Evolution Guide to Sports Alpins (located at the base of the mountain)
12h00                Quick lunch in the Mont Sainte-Anne cafeteria (student’s expense or bag lunch)
12h15                Evaluation of all intermediate and advanced skiers/snowboarders
12h30                Ski lessons 90 min. for all beginners and novice levels.  Snowboard lessons not available.  Skiing at Mont Sainte-Anne!!
16h30                Meet coach buses in Sainte-Anne parking lot. Coach bus transfer back to condos.  Retrieve luggage from the Resto-Pub and check in to condos.                     
17h00-18h30 Supper and leisure time at condos
18h30                Coach buses to Mont Sainte-Anne for night skiing or Visit the arcade/outdoor pool/spas on the condo premises
20h30                Return to the condos (meet the coach buses in the parking lot)
22h00                No noise after 10:00 p.m.

Saturday, Jan.11
08h45                Coach buses to Mont Sainte-Anne.  Must vacate your condos no later than 09h30 am
12h00                Lunch in the Sainte-Anne cafeteria (student responsibility)
15h35                Students NOT night skiing to return rental equipment to Sports Alpins
15h45                Coach bus transfer back to the condos. 
16h00                Use of the outdoor pool and outdoor hot-tubs from 4:00-5:00 pm
17h30                Supper in your condos
19h00                Coach bus for night skiing (1 shuttle only at 7:00 pm) or Visit the arcade/outdoor pool/spas on the condo premises
20h45                Night ski group: Return rental equipment to Sports Alpins
21h00                Coach bus back to the condos
22h00                No noise after 10:00 p.m. - students to remain in condos.

Sunday, Jan.12
07h30                Breakfast.  Condo cleanup (incl. dishes cleaned, garbage outside).
08h45                Condo inspection by teachers. Load luggage on the coach buses.
09h00                Departure for Montréal
12h30                Approximate arrival at Loyola HS


Lodging

CONDOS VACANCES MSA: Spacious condos with a full kitchen and fireplace. Each two bedroom unit will accommodate 5-6 persons. 1 queen bed, 2 single beds, 1 double sofa bed. Outdoor heated pool & hot tubs, sauna and arcade.

2 km from the base of the mountain. Bus transportation will be provided.

Transportation by deluxe coach bus

Amenities included: washroom, TV-DVD, comfortable seats and large luggage compartments. Relax and enjoy the ride to the slopes!

Departure:  7:30 am from Loyola High School (be on site no later than 7:00 am)

Return:  12:30 pm approximate arrival at Loyola High School

A Night at the Sugar Shack!

Discover a traditional sugar shack on Île d'Orléans, just a short bus ride away. Your group will leave full...guaranteed! In addition to the hearty food, you can expect live music, dancing and of course, tir d'érable sur neige!

Saveurs des Continents

Skiing all day can make you hungry! A visit to the Saveurs des Continents all-you-can-eat buffet in Quebec City will get you refueled to get back on the slopes the next day. 

Cost and Payment


Trip Cost:  $XXX.XX

Refund:  There is a minimum INSERT AMOUNT penalty on all refunds.  There is no refund for cancellations less than 45 days prior to departure.   

Damage Deposit: A $50.00 security deposit is required upon registration.  This security deposit will be returned after the trip, provided no damage has been done by the group.  Please use a separate cheque, dated January 1, 2024 for the damage deposit.

Equipment Rentals: If you require equipment rentals, please add to your 2nd payment.  Helmets are compulsory for all students (they can be rented for $27 for 3 days).    

All students will be required to sign and respect a Behavioral Contract.  Any unacceptable behavior will result in a telephone call home informing you that your son/daughter will be sent home at your expense. There will be no refunds issued under these circumstances. I understand that you are acting as agents for the bus, ski centre, lodging provider and/or restaurant service, if provided, and hereby waive any claims of any nature whatsoever.  While you will provide competent staff and all reasonable precautions will be taken to avoid injury or damage I fully accept that accidents may occur and, consequently, I hereby waive, renounce and release you and/or the staff from any and all liabilities of any nature whatsoever.  Moreover, I hereby waive, renounce and release you from any claim with respect to loss or damage of property.
