Mont Sainte-Anne is one of the premier ski resorts in Eastern North America - with abundant snowfall, amazing views and terrain for all levels of skiers and riders.
Students attending the Macdonald High School Ski and Snowboard Trip will be staying at Condos Vacances MSA, situated 2 km from the base of the mountain. There is a limited amount of space and applicants will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
All students must wear helmets while skiing and riding.
The trip includes:
- Deluxe coach bus transportation to/from MONTREAL, plus transfers between the condos and Mont Sainte-Anne
- Accommodations for two nights
- Group buffet supper on Monday evening followed by a visit to Vieux Québec
- Lift tickets: 1 day tubing at Village Vacances Valcartier and 2 days skiing and snowboarding at Mont Sainte-Anne
- Ski instruction for beginner/novice levels
- Services of a Ski Evolution guide

GRAD SKI and SNOWBOARD TRIP ITINERARY
February 16-18, 2025
Sunday Feb. 16
08h45 Coach bus will arrive at MacDonald High School.
09h00 Departure from
MacDonald High School.
12h30 Arrival at Village Vacances
Valcartier – Tubing and rafting until 15h30!! Bring lunch
from home!
15h45 Coach bus continues to Sainte-Anne.
16h30 Arrival at Mont Sainte-Anne at Condo
Vacances Mont Ste-Anne 355 rue Dupont, Beaupré, Qc G0A 1E0. Check-in to condos.
17h00 Check-in completed and supper in the condos (bring food from home).
19h00 Evening option: Use of the outdoor pool and hot-tub until 9:00 p.m. or
visit the on-site arcade.
22h00 No noise after 10:00 p.m. - students to remain in condo.
Monday Feb. 17
07h30 Breakfast. Prepare for entire day at the mountain.
08h45 Report to teachers condo (as condo group) to leave keys for the day.
09h00 Coach bus to the base of the
mountain. Lifts open.
09h15 Students needing equipment rentals will go with the Ski Evolution Guide
to Sports Alpins (located at the base of the mountain).
09h30 Evaluation of all intermediate and advanced skiers/snowboarders.
Ski lessons 90 mins. for all beginners and novice levels.
16h00 Coach bus back to the condos. Return to the teacher’s condo to retrieve
your condo key.
17h45 Coach bus transfer to Buffets des Continents in Quebec City
18h30 Group supper at Buffets des Continents
19h30 Transfer to Vieux Québec
19h45 Free time in Vieux Québec. Pick-up at Le Château Frontenac at 20h15
21h00 Return back to the condos.
22h00 No noise after 10:00 p.m. - students to remain in condos.
Tuesday Feb.18
07h30 Breakfast. Condo cleanup (incl.
dishes cleaned, garbage outside)
08h30 Condo inspection by teachers and luggage into storage.
08h45 Distribution of lift tickets. Students who had lessons on ski day 1
will get their ticket from their instructor at their 2nd lesson.
09h00 Coach bus to the base of the mountain. Lifts open.
09h30 Novice lesson (round #2) - 90 mins.
14h15 Return rental equipment to Sports Alpins.
14h30 Meet coach bus in Mont Sainte-Anne parking lot.
Travel back to condos to retrieve luggage. Load luggage.
15h00 Departure for Montreal.
18h30 Arrival at MacDonald High School
Lodging
CONDOS VACANCES MSA: Spacious condos with a full kitchen and fireplace. Each two bedroom unit will accommodate 5-6 persons. 1 queen bed, 2 single beds, 1 double sofa bed. Outdoor heated pool & hot tubs, sauna and arcade.
2 km from the base of the mountain. Bus transportation will be provided.
Transportation by deluxe coach bus
Amenities included: washroom, TV-DVD, comfortable seats and large luggage compartments. Relax and enjoy the ride to the slopes!
Departure: 9:00 AM (please arrive at school no later than 08h30 AM)
Return: 6:30 PM approx.
Saveurs des Continents
Skiing all day can make you hungry! A visit to the Saveurs des Continents all-you-can-eat buffet in Quebec City will get you refueled to get back on the slopes the next day.

Refund: There are no refunds.
Equipment Rentals: If you require equipment rentals, please add to your 2nd payment. Skis or snowboard rentals for two days are $70. Helmets are compulsory for all students (they can be rented for $18 for 2 days).
All students will be required to sign and respect a Behavioral Contract. Any unacceptable behavior will result in a telephone call home informing you that your son/daughter will be sent home at your expense. There will be no refunds issued under these circumstances. I understand that you are acting as agents for the bus, ski centre, lodging provider and/or restaurant service, if provided, and hereby waive any claims of any nature whatsoever. While you will provide competent staff and all reasonable precautions will be taken to avoid injury or damage I fully accept that accidents may occur and, consequently, I hereby waive, renounce and release you and/or the staff from any and all liabilities of any nature whatsoever. Moreover, I hereby waive, renounce and release you from any claim with respect to loss or damage of property.
