Mont Sainte-Anne is one of the premier ski resorts in Eastern North America - with abundant snowfall, amazing views and terrain for all levels of skiers and riders.
Students attending the St. Thomas High School Grad Ski and Snowboard Trip will be staying at Condos Vacances MSA, situated 2 km from the base of the mountain. There is a limited amount of space and applicants will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
All students must wear helmets while skiing and riding.
The trip includes:
- Deluxe coach bus transportation to/from MONTREAL, plus transfers between the condos and Mont Sainte-Anne
- Accommodations for two nights
- Meals
- Lift tickets: 2 days at Mont Sainte-Anne and 1-day at Le Massif
- Ski instruction for beginner and novice levels
- Services of a Ski Evolution guide
- All taxes and gratuities

6h30 Coach bus will arrive at St. Thomas High School, 111 Broadview, Pointe Claire
7h00 Departure from St. Thomas HS
10h30 Arrival at Mont Sainte-Anne at Condo Vacances MSA 355 rue Dupont, Beaupré, Qc G0A 1E0
Check-in to condos and get changed into your ski clothing. Leave your ski equipment on the coach bus.
11h15 Coach bus to Mont Sainte-Anne
11h30 Students needing equipment rentals will go with the Ski Evolution Guide to Sports Alpins (located at the base of the mountain)
11h45 Evaluation of all intermediate and advanced skiers/snowboarders
11h45 Ski lessons 90 min. for all beginner and novice levels.
16h00 Mountain closes. Return to the condos for supper
19h00 Evening activity
22h00 No noise after 10:00 p.m.
Tuesday, Feb.18

Wednesday, Feb.19
07h30 Breakfast. Condo cleanup (incl. dishes cleaned, garbage outside).
08h30 Condo inspection by teachers. Condo keys collected by the teachers.
08h45 Load your luggage onto the coach bus.
09h00 Coach bus to the mountain. Lifts open. Final day of skiing.
14h30 Return rental equipment to Sports Alpins
14h45 Meet the coach bus in the Mont Sainte-Anne parking lot

Lodging
CONDOS VACANCES MSA: Spacious condos with a full kitchen and fireplace. Each two bedroom unit will accommodate 5-6 persons. 1 queen bed, 2 single beds, 1 double sofa bed. Outdoor heated pool & hot tubs, sauna and arcade.
2 km from the base of the mountain. Bus transportation will be provided.
Transportation by deluxe coach bus
Amenities included: washroom, TV-DVD, comfortable seats and large luggage compartments. Relax and enjoy the ride to the slopes!
Departure: 7:00 AM on Feb. 17th
Return: 6:45 PM on Feb. 19th
Cost and Payment
PACAKGE COST PER STUDENT: $625 (approximately)
PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS: Please make your cheque payable to St Thomas HS and return your cheque with your completed Registration Form to TLC or 370 (Ms Bulmer's class). Please write your name on the front of your cheque in the memo field.
Refund: There is a minimum $300.00 penalty on all refunds. There is no refund for cancellations after January 10th. A $35 service charge will be assessed for any cheques returned by your financial institution.
Equipment Rentals: If you require equipment rentals, please add $105 to your payment. Helmets are compulsory for all students (they can be rented for $27 for 3 days).
Damage Deposit: A $50.00 security deposit is required upon registration. This security deposit will be returned after the trip, provided no damage has been done by the group. Please use a separate cheque, dated February 21, 2025, for the damage deposit. Must be given with the frist payment.
All students will be required to sign and respect a Behavioral Contract. Any unacceptable behavior will result in a telephone call home informing you that your son/daughter will be sent home at your expense. There will be no refunds issued under these circumstances. I understand that you are acting as agents for the bus, ski centre, lodging provider and/or restaurant service, if provided, and hereby waive any claims of any nature whatsoever. While you will provide competent staff and all reasonable precautions will be taken to avoid injury or damage I fully accept that accidents may occur and, consequently, I hereby waive, renounce and release you and/or the staff from any and all liabilities of any nature whatsoever. Moreover, I hereby waive, renounce and release you from any claim with respect to loss or damage of property.
